Warehouse Locations
CamGo's primary warehouse is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. We also utilise partner warehouse facilities in New South Wales at Kemps Creek and in Victoria at Dandenong. By utilising our delivery network across multiple states it means your online purchased products will arrive to you quickly anywhere around Australia as well as Internationally.

We strive to service a fast and easy online delivery experience. To ensure this is possible we have created fulfillment systems across multiple states in Australia.

Delivery Times
The transit times below apply to all our couriers including Australia Post, Fastway, DHL and Swiship. The transit times below exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that transit times may vary for delivery to rural locations and during the holiday seasons.

New Zealand

For Standard delivery to New Zealand it is 4 to 10 business days after processing of your order.
For Express delivery to New Zealand it is 2 to 5 business days after processing your order.

United States

For Standard delivery to the USA it is 4 to 10 business days after processing of your order.
For Express delivery to the USA it is 2 to 5 business days after processing your order.

Australia

For Standard delivery within Australia it is 4 to 8 business days after processing of your order.
For Express delivery within Australia it is 1 to 3 business days after processing your order

Other International

For Standard delivery for various International locations it is 10 - 15 business days after processing your order.
For Express delivery for various International locations it is 7 - 12 business days after processing your order.

Processing of orders is guaranteed for the same day of purchase only if the order has been placed before 2PM AEST.

Late Delivery
If you have not received your order within the projected delivery time from shipment then please contact us via email at 'sales@camgo.com.au' and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Local Pick Up
Local pickup is currently not available from our Gold Coast location. If you live locally and place an order online before 2PM we will be able to have the items delivered to you normally within 2-3 business days with our free shipping option.

Sale Events & Holiday Season
The processing of orders and transit times may be affected during sale events & the holiday season. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during these periods due to increased parcel volumes and courier delays.
