I use my camera for dirt track speedway. Even though the Session 5 is waterproof, I had issues with the lens protector cracking and I am unable to buy more as GoPro have stopped making them. This product seems to be a great solution. It fits straight onto my existing fixed mounting and is easy to clean. Extra care is needed to avoid accidental recording as the start button is raised on the case. When not in use, I rotate the camera in the case to avoid this risk. Also be aware of temperature differences between inside the case and the outside as this can lead to fogging on the inside of the case.
