The 3/8" to 1/4" Head Camera Screw features a 3/8" male threaded screw adapter and a 1/4" male threaded screw on opposite ends, The adapter allows you to mount your camera with additional accessories that have 3/8" & 1/4" screw thread. For easier use the screw has a 3.5mm hole design which allows you to use a M3 allen key to attach and detach the stud.
